Personal Branding
Design Challenge: Design your own professional brand identity. It must be distinctive, authentic, and memorable to evoke your brand essence. Done well, it will communicate your distinctions and create a competitive advantage. It should describe succinctly who you are, what you do, and what you promise to deliver.
Design Solution: I drew inspiration from modern athletic and lifestyle brands, using wings in my logo design to represent ambition and forward movement. Guided by Gestalt’s theory, I designed a minimalist logo where the wings form a T shape, with extended lines subtly shaping a J—together representing my initials, JT. This approach reflects simplicity, balance, and modernity, aligning seamlessly with my aesthetic values. The tagline, “Design with Purpose,” captures my belief that design should tell a story, convey a message, and drive action. Through this project, I developed a cohesive suite of business stationery, reinforcing a professional and purpose-driven identity that will help me build credibility and trust.
